Heating Instructions

Microwave (850W) Put tray on a microwave plate, pierce film several times and put in the middle of the microwave. Heat on full power for 6 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Check it’s piping hot before eating. Guidelines only. Microwave powers vary, so please check the manufacturer’s instructions. Or Oven Pre-heat your oven to 200ºC / 180ºC fan / gas mark 6, for 10 mins Peel off the heat-proof film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 mins. Make sure it’s piping hot throughout before serving
